About Us

The founder of Hollywell Homes, Adam, started out as a Saturday assistant at a local Worcestershire estate agency, this is where his passion for property began. As his career progressed he moved to work for a Worcester-based national hybrid agency, believing that there was a better way to sell homes, still providing a fully professional service, but ultimately, saving homeowners money in traditional agency commissions. An opportunity came to relocate to the company’s Manchester head office working directly with developers and high street agencies, expanding his knowledge further. Returning to his hometown of Worcester in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, he used this time to reconnect with industry professionals and focused his energy on launching Hollywell Homes.

Having previously worked alongside Adam, Sue shares Hollywell Homes's values of saving customers money on their property transactions, utilising cutting-edge technology, and ensuring gold standard customer service. She was responsible for property lettings and management of major corporate clients and Housing Associations such as The Crown Estate and The Hyde Group and also oversaw the planning and execution of an end-to-end Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) priding herself on business efficiencies using technology not just in property but also taking these learnings and implementing them into her more recent role over the last 15 years in the leisure & tourism industry. Her background has been continuously focused on customer experience and ensures that at Hollywell Homes, we always keep our customers at the heart of everything we do

Hollywell Homes' History

This is when Adam founded Hollywell Homes with a simple concept. Local property professionals operate in refined, manageable territories with no expensive offices to open and run enabling them to charge homeowners a fair fee to market and sell any property and save £1000’s in agency commissions. A win-win for everyone. In these testing times where every penny counts we know we can help many more homeowners save money whilst still receiving best-in-class personal service.

The Hollywell Homes senior team has worked together for over 15 years across Worcester in the property sector and has many more years of combined property experience between them. Responsible for all company initiatives they are heavily focused on company development; investing in new systems and technology to improve the buying and selling experience for our clients and enabling us to operate in a more efficient way, saving time for us as a business and passing those savings on to our customers.

Over the course of 8 years, the Hollywell Homes team has sold millions of pounds worth of properties across Worcester and has saved Worcester homeowners over £2.5million in agency commissions.
