The refer-a-friend promotion is a £100 Love2Shop voucher reward to be sent to a referrer (individual), after the referee (the friend) has successfully completed a property sale resulting from a successful referral through Hollywell Homes. For a definition of ‘successful’, please keep reading.
Voucher Code: “Refer-a-Friend”
Voucher Description: “Refer-a-Friend £100 Love2Shop Voucher”
This offer is available to any individual that successfully refers a customer that signs up to a 17-week sole agency agreement between 01/01/2023 and 01/06/2023 with Hollywell Homes for the purpose of selling their property. The reward value will revert to a £100 Love2Shop voucher to the referee upon the successful completion of a property and Hollywell Homes receiving their completion fee from the referee or referee’s solicitor sale during this period.
The Reward
Individuals eligible for a reward following a successful referral will be sent a unique link to a third-party vendor’s website to redeem a Love2Shop e-gift card for the reward value, within 30 days of qualifying for the reward, which is non-negotiable and non-exchangeable. Customers will have a choice of retailers from which to redeem their Love2Shop e-gift card full details of which are here in the attached Love2Shop retailers list but is subject to change. Instructions and terms for how to redeem e-gift cards for individual retailers are available in the attached also. The link to redeem your e-gift card will expire after 90 days. You acknowledge that we will share your personal data with our third-party vendor and any retailer you chose to redeem your voucher with, for the purposes of your reward redemption.Qualification for the Reward (Referees)
The referee (friend) reward offer is available to any individual that is referred to Hollywell Homes by a referrer that signs up to a 17-week sole agency agreement between 01/01/2023 and 01/06/2023 with Hollywell Homes for the purpose of selling their property. The reward value will revert to a £100 Love2Shop voucher to the referee upon the successful completion of a property sale and Hollywell Homes receiving their completion fee from the referee or referee’s solicitor sale during this period.The referee must not have an active estate agency agreement or be tied into a sole or multi-agency agreement sole selling right with another estate agent to be eligible for the reward. The referee must use the referral code they have received from the referrer prior to signing up for Hollywell Homes estate agency services or quote the code “Refer-a-Friend £100 Love2Shop Voucher” if purchasing over the telephone (you may also be asked to confirm the name and postcode of the referrer if you have not previously).
Qualification for the Reward (Referrers)
A ‘successful referral’ is a referral that results in the sale of a 17-week sole agency agreement and the successful sale of the referee's property. Upon the successful completion of the property and Hollywell Homes receiving their completion fee from the referee or referee’s solicitor sale during this period.General terms and conditions
Referral attempts that do not use the referral code mechanism or do not provide the voucher code on the telephone prior to purchasing will not qualify for the reward.This reward may not be claimed where a signed agreement with Hollywell Homes is already in place.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer.
The referrer and the referee (friend) can’t be the same person. Where we identify they are the same person, for example by email address, phone number, or policyholder name, the offer will be void.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Hollywell Homes reserves the right to withdraw this offer if, in our judgment, the offer is being abused. Hollywell Homes also reserves the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Hollywell Homes with regard to this offer is final.
